In the last week of this election we know what is at stake. Cuts to family budgets are on the ballot paper.
 
David Cameron was asked three times last night whether he planned to cut Child Benefit. Three times he refused to answer. He used 600 words to answer when just one would have done: "no." Three times he sent a brutally clear message to British families: he wants to cut your Child Benefit.
